When we are looking at organizational work flow, its important to keep these principles, front of mind. Many people have pointed out to me, that you cannot manage time but you can organise and prioritise your tasks effectively. If time is our most precious commodity and GTD can be so effective for an individual, imagine what is possible when you apply this to your organisation….
